An Email Marketing Platform: You’ll hear it a hundred times but I’ll say it again: You don’t own your social media pages! They could disappear at any time. Having an email list is essential! My favorite platform is Flodesk. There is a gorgeous library of templates and workflows ready to go. You can easily create beautiful, on-brand emails that get your clients and customers excited to work with you!
Social Media Planning: Batching work saves so much time for me! If I can plan and schedule all of my social media posts in one chunk of time vs. creating individual posts one by one, I tend to be much more consistent and successful with social media. My favorite service for this is Tailwind. It works for posting to Instagram, Facebook and Pinterest (yes, you need to be on Pinterest too!). Tailwind allows you to layout your grid and set everything to auto-post, including videos. Tailwind suggests best posting times and hashtags for you too. You can see that it’s working with the analytic tools available too!
Client Relationship Management: Keeping track of scheduling, contracts, invoices, questionnaires, and workflows can be daunting! Enter Dubsado, my CRM of choice! Giving every client the same great experience is so important to me. Dubsado allows me to make sure that I never miss a step and I don’t have to be attached to the computer all of the time! Automating these processes has been a lifesaver for me!
