The best kind of emails let me know that a new baby is coming into this world. Those emails are even sweeter when the new baby is a sibling for a past newborn client! I absolutely adore getting to be a part of your family’s story. When that happens from the very start of becoming parents, it feels magical to me!

I met this sweet family when Hayden was just days old and have had the privilege to photograph them several times over his first year and a half. I was so thrilled when Jill let me know they were expecting baby #2 and that this time they were having a girl!

This sweet girl was eyes wide open for the start of our session. I love her expressions in their family photos and just how sweetly she’s looking at her family. Big brother Hayden took a little time to warm up to being in front of the camera this time. When a new baby is in the house, you really never know how a toddler will react! Hayden loves his sister but was totally not into photos on the day of their session. I love that we were able to get some pictures with both kids in the frame still! He’s sharing a favorite book with his new sister in this shot!

We brought out the fun girly purples for baby Bria and mom brought in the sweetest little skirt for her too. I keep the studio stocked with everything you need for a newborn session, but sometimes it’s fun for moms to get to go shopping too! It’s always fun to incorporate those special items that make your newborn photos even more meaningful!
