I had the pleasure of chatting with Vanessa of Vanessa Leigh Movement for the next in this series of local specialist interviews! Vanessa is a Pelvic floor and Core specialist located in Fort Collins, Colorado. She offers group classes and workshops as well as private lessons which are also available virtually via Zoom! Vanessa helps women gain strength to prepare for pregnancy and birth and also helps women postpartum.
