This sweet baby just turned one and I’m finally getting her newborn session blogged! I loved photographing baby M at just a few days old. Mom and Dad brought her to my downtown Loveland Studio for her first baby photo session.

These moments during a newborn session are so special. There is so much love and connection between the parents and their new baby. There’s also this palpable love that the parents have for each other, no matter how tired they are. You can see how proud they are of each other and how happy they are to be in this place holding their new baby and building their life together.

Newborn babies are just so perfect and precious. I love capturing all of the little details of their fingers and eyelashes and perfect little mouths. Baby M was a perfect little model for her pictures. I’m never sad to get a photo with their eyes open but those sleeping photos have my heart for sure!
