I’m so excited to share another interview with you today! I sat down to chat with Kaci Drury, Owner of Fit4Mom Northern Colorado! I used Fit4Mom when my youngest, Henry, was a baby so it’s fun to share this resource with you! Fit4Mom offers fitness classes for moms at all stages of the motherhood journey! One thing that makes Fit4Mom extra special is that kids attend class with their moms!

Kaci and I talked about her background in health and exercise science and how having a child of her own led her down the path to owning Fit4Mom.
